We are talking the REAL Santa, Elves, and delicious treats! This is so much more than your typical mall Santa. This is truly an EXPERIENCE.
For the first time ever, I am creating an event for families that would kill for quality photos of their children with Santa. I want to create memories your children will be talking about for FOREVER! There won’t be no long lines, nasty germs, and a cheap looking Santa and backdrop.
Think elegant and a wintery scene. Something you would find at the North Pole.
I want this magical event to be a safe and relaxing opportunity for your family to meet Santa, one-on-one. Along with meeting Jolly Saint Nic, you can also grab a few holiday family portraits. I mean you will already be dressed up…why not!?
This event will take place in a Private Location in Ringgold, Georgia. Address will be given after booking.

The Session fee is $175.00 and includes:
$75.00 non-refundable retainer fee due at booking remaining balance due on the day of the session.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SANTA EXPERIENCE AND HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?
The Santa Experience is a limited edition portrait session. Each session must be reserved by booking your selected date and time slot. Your session will include a reservation in which you will meet Santa. While your child talks to Santa, goes over their “list,” etc., Santa’s helpful Elf (Me!) will be snapping away, capturing those genuine interactions while also documenting some great shots with everyone looking and smiling at the camera. There is also an opportunity to use the set to capture a few family photos too. These would be without Santa.
Within 1-2 weeks of your session, you will receive your digital photos via a private online viewing gallery. The session price includes FIVE images from your session!
WHAT IS THE PRICING STRUCTURE?
Your session fee includes 3 high resolution digital images from your session. You will receive a private viewing gallery of approximately 30 edited images that are watermarked. You may then select which 3 images are the “keepers.” You can download them directly from the viewing gallery and they will be automatically sent to you with the watermark removed. Please make sure to choose your selections wisely - I cannot refund you if change your mind. Purchases of additional images are made directly through the viewing gallery as well.

HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION LAST?
Sessions can last up to 10 mins in length. During this time, your child will be able to interact with Santa 1:1, while I capture the moment. Due to the scheduling of these sessions, it is extremely important to arrive early. I recommend arriving atleast 5-10 mins before your session time, to allow your child to warm up and to ensure you are ready when it’s your turn. I will have my helpful elves on site directing you and managing our reservation times so we stay on schedule.
CAN WE GET A FAMILY PHOTO AT THE SAME APPOINTMENT?
These sessions are whatever you make them! Want to get all dolled up and get a nice shot of the entire family - GREAT! Want to all show up in matching jammies and get a photo without Santa - GREAT! Want beautiful images of just the kids - GREAT! We have 10 minutes - which I know doesn’t sound like a whole lot, but believe me - I get A LOT accomplished in that timeframe.
A couple other details: These sessions are for immediate families only, one session per family! Want an extended family or cousins photo - book your separate sessions back to back! Sorry, no pets allowed.
WHAT IF MY CHILD CRIES?
Depending on your child’s age, this can be a real concern for parents. I get it because I have a 2 year old that is currently struggling with stranger danger! I promise you that I will do everything possible to get beautiful images with Santa, and if that’s not possible, we can also take individual portraits of your child alone (without Santa). Kids are so unpredictable, so my best advice is to embrace whatever happens. Sometimes the crying photos turn out to be our favorites, years later! Please keep in mind - I will not be able to reschedule or refund your session if you aren’t happy with your child’s reaction to Santa.
HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE MY CHILD?
It is my goal to make sure this session is a positive experience for your child, and to create a new tradition for your family! I recommend introducing Santa to your child before our session - by reading them books, showing them photos or movies, and talking up the upcoming session! If your child is old enough, encourage them to bring a list for Santa - we can use it in the photos!
